On Tuesday 23rd June we enjoyed a fantastic time hosting our Inform and Inspire Webinar. You can now watch the whole event on our YouTube channel – just click the image above!
Supporting your own wellbeing is so important when working with babies and families especially when it is an emotional and sensitive time. Working with babies and families at a vulnerable time means professionals have to navigate their own self regulation and allow time to reflect.
In this Inform and Inspire Session: Self-Awareness, Self-Care and Relational Practice With Babies and Families we welcome Dr Emily Lyman and Dr Jayne Singer from the Brazelton Touchpoints Center, who guide a stimulating discussion on reflecting on our practice and caring for ourselves while caring for others. We explore our own responses and reflect on who supports us during challenging times and how we learn from our NBO observations when supporting babies, families and ourselves.
Look out for news on our next Inform and Inspire Webinar later in the year on our website, social media platforms and in our e-news.
